Who is OTHER?

 

OTHER is the Oakland, CA based beat making duo consisting of DJ Relaxed Insomniac and Priscilla Parchia.  The experimental, hip-hop, jazz, and psychedelic fused sounds along with the slower tempo's of OTHER is new ground for the producers who had primarily made hip-hop/soul music with the group Upwords Movement.  OTHER is exactly that---something different, something else, something other.
